2023 Toyota RAV4 Woodland Edition Review | The Soft-Roading Hybrid

From Alex on Autos.

Whether you are looking for fuel efficiency or rugged looks, the Woodland Rav4 has got you covered.
While the "off-road" performance will be outshined by the slightly more capable TRD Offroad trim and the performance falls short of the powerful Rav4 Prime, the Rav4 Woodland offers a taste of all different flavors the Rav4 has to offer.
The 2.5L paired with the Mild Hybrid system gets you up to 38mpg, TRD has tweaked the suspension for better offroad capability, more aggressive tires compliment the AWD system and Woodland themed accentsfound outside and in. All these factors and more contribute to making this vehicle one of the more unique and capable entries in this Compact Crosover segment.
Toyota continues to offer the potential buyer with plenty of different trim, as well as powertrain options, to appeal to a wide variety of shoppers. If you were shopping in the Compact Crossover segment, would the Rav4 Hybrid be on your list? Or what vehicle stands out most? Let us know in the comments what you think!
