From Alex on Autos.
Chevy’s new Traverse has it all, the biggest cargo hold in the segment, a test-busting roller bag score, over 300 HP standard, decent fuel economy, HUGE screens and tons of tech standard. On top of all that, it has an aggressive price tag, easy-to-find discounts and decent off-road capability. What’s not to love? The lack of sound deadening. Really the Traverse is about 10 pounds of foam and one interior color option away from greatness. The related Acadia solves the "sea of black" interior problem, but all three of GM’s triplets are saddled with an engine that performs well, is solidly efficient for a non-hybrid… but sounds like a paperclip got stuck in your Dyson.
