Let’s check out how Vehicle to Load (V2L) works on the new Volkswagen ID.3 Neo. Volkswagen has introduced V2L support for model year 2027 across their ID lineup, allowing you to use the high-voltage traction battery to power external electronic devices, appliances, or camping equipment.
In this video, I take a close look at the official adapter options—including the Schuko and camping plugs—how to plug it into the charge port, the vehicle settings menu, state-of-charge limits, and put it to a real-world test by running a heavy-duty appliance directly from the car.
