Gigafactory Texas! This is where Model Y’s, Cyber Truck the Next Generation Car(s), Cybercab & the Optimus Robot production happens in 2025!
Early morning (& cold) flight today with many interior images along the west and south ends of the factory today!

Cybertruck production may be ramping up as I saw a lot of them lined up next to the End of Line facility and in the outbound lot, with several groups of Cybertrucks driving in that direction while I was flying. As for the new Model Y, I only saw a handful in the outbound lot today, with almost all the rest having been transported off site since my previous video.
On the north end of the main factory, I did notice many of the paint stands used to paint the bumpers of the older Model Y have now been moved to the casting staging lot, while the stands for the new Model Y’s were getting ready to move into the paint shop, so this is another great indication that production is about to wrap up a lot more next week!
I took advantage of the early morning to fly along the west side of General Assembly and the south end of the main factory, getting many images of what is going on inside, including more work on the new mezzanine level on the 3rd floor, as well as more prep for equipment installation.
I also got some great images of the west main entrance and the new window line interface on the southwest side where the old and new parts of the factory come together. Today, concrete external panels have been installed where we saw the new steel beams being fitted in on my previous video.
The old concrete batch plant is virtually nonexistent now, with almost all the steel, tanks, conveyors systems and control offices eliminated. More large-scale earthmoving was underway today now that the ground has dried out and overall, the work to prepare the grade at a new lower level is coming along very quickly. Crews have completely drained the old, lined pond and are now removing the liner.
