The 2.4L turbo engine might be the defining characteristic of the new Tacoma, but more shoppers will be interested in the coil spring suspension in the rear and the available adaptive dampers in the Limited trim. The new Tacoma might be notably more expensive than the outgoing model but I think the upgrades are worth the ~$3,000 price bump.
