Description:
Testing the new Volkswagen ID.3 Neo featuring the 58 kWh LFP battery pack. I put this new battery chemistry through a rigorous charging test to see how it performs compared to previous NMC generations (First Edition and Facelift versions).
We look at the charging speeds, how the flat charging curve holds up over time, the time it takes to go from 10 to 80 percent, and compare range and energy delivery across all three iterations of the 58 kWh Volkswagen ID.3 battery types.
