CCS to NACS – Here’s What You Need For A Successful Transition To Tesla’s Inlet

Following on from Ford’s recent announcement that it would be adding Tesla’s NACS to all of its electric vehicles from 2025 onwards, General Motors made an announcement last week that it would also be following Ford and adopting NACS as its inlet of choice.

Now, with charging providers and equipment manufacturers all jumping on board, and other automakers poised to make the switch, here’s our take on what a smooth transition to NACS will need to look like in North America…. based on the challenges ahead, and what the industry needs to happen in order to ensure EV sales and adoption rates don’t temporarily drop.
