on December 7th, 2023, Electrify America experienced an issue with their app that was preventing customers from charging. In any business, their can be problems and what EA did tonight was to communicate the issue out via X (fka Twitter) and let everyone know about the issue and that they should just plug in to initiate a charging session. This is the way things should be done… Commendable!
