Ford F-150 Lightning deals have been popping up since January 1st, and some of the deals sounded too good to be true. In fact, there are F-150 Lightning Pro standard range trucks showing deals around $37k. Even with the trimmed down pro model and limited range, that’s a crazy good deal for a lot of truck.

Unfortunately it turns out it was some sort of a malfunction where the system was applying tax credits and then doubling them on trucks. So for now, it seems $7,500 may be all you can get right now.
