Tesla Cybertruck Up Close and Personal – Detailed In Person Look

From Bearded Tesla Guy.

Tesla Cybertruck, probably the most anticipated truck in decades, has been spotted in various locations throughout the country. The majority of sightings have been close to Teslas testing facilities in California, and most other sightings outside of California have been in passing.

As Tesla continues to near customer deliveries, we are finally getting more Cybertrucks in other locations. Here in Florida, there has been a Tesla Cybertruck at the Kennedy Space Center for some time. There is a test facility for cars there, which is located at the since closed Space Shuttle Landing Facility. This long runway is used by many manufacturers and race teams to test their vehicles.

Outside of that Cybertuck, there have been no other sightings of the truck here in Florida, at least until now. Just today, the Cybertruck at Kennedy Space Center was spotted on I-95, and eventually at the Merritt Island Delivery Center. On the other coast, there is a Cybertruck on the back of a car hauler with a Model S Plaid behind it.

The Cybertruck it turns out is on its way to Orlando. The reason for going to Orlando is not clear, but the Electrify Expo in Miami is this coming weekend, so perhaps that is why. The Plaid on the back of the car hauler is also special because it appears to be a test vehicle. The Plaid is sported with the larger brakes, beefy tires, and what is clearly a roll cage and racing bucket seats. Perhaps this is one of the test mules for calibrating the Plaid for record braking runs at tracks around the world.

The Cybertruck on this hauler is number 627. That means this is a series 6 truck, and we are currently seeing series 8 trucks coming out of Giga Texas right now. So although this is 2 iterations behind the current model, this truck does have a lot of the more recent updates present. On top of the obvious things, there are some great details to look at, and I tried to capture as much of it as I could.

Until the launch event happens, we can only live through video on the Cybertruck. We are finally here in Q4, and it does appear that deliveries will indeed be happening, perhaps as soon as this month.
