New Ford Explorer EV: Detailed First Detailed Look (4k) at the mini Mach-e SUV. Made in Germany, underpinned by a borrowed electric MEB platform from Volkswagen (think ID.4), priced around £40,000 and with a range of around 300-miles (500km). The Ford Explorer borrows only a name plate from the US market best selling SUV. This European version is pure electric and will set below the Mach-E and smaller than the Kuga. It joins Ford’s e-Transit, EV Mustang and the fantastic F150 Lightning (all of which Jonny has reviewed on the channel previously).
