Join Kathy, Dave & Bailey as they drive their 2022 Lucid Air Grand Touring from Darien CT. to Florida. In this episode part 2 of 2, they drive approx 355 miles with some miscalculations for range that ends up causing some classic Out Of Spec Stress for Kathy. We finally get a decent charging session at Electrify America "Walk at Highwoods Preserve" in North Tampa

In the end, I had to stop 6 times throughout this whole trip down here. Same as in the Tesla Model S that I drove (same trip) down over the winter. Had these EA chargers been operating properly, I would have been able to do this trip in 3-4 charging sessions saving considerable time. For both the Tesla Model S and the Lucid Air runs, I left home with a 100% full battery. The fact that EA is really challenged to bring the consumer a consistent experience seriously brings into question reliability, availability and speeds that Tesla can give almost every time you plug in as a major factor in one’s buying decision.
