This Is Tesla Cybertruck’s FIRST Front Casting at Giga Texas

From Torque News.

Front castings for the Cybertruck have been spotted at Tesla Giga Texas, providing a glimpse into the production process. These castings were first spotted by Joe Tegtmeyer and subsequently confirmed to be Cybertruck components. While they bear a resemblance to the Tesla Model Y, the larger and angular structure of these castings make them unmistakably Cybertruck pieces. What’s more, the “C” labeling on each of them points to their use on the Cybertruck. This is excellent news, as it suggests that Tesla may have begun production using the Giga Press, which it has recently received at the Giga Texas facility.

The arrival of these castings isn’t the only sign that the Cybertruck’s production is imminent. The vehicle has also been seen on public roads in Texas and California, and it has been making appearances at various events, including Tesla’s lithium refinery unveiling and Investor Day earlier this year. All of this suggests that the Cybertruck’s public launch event, which is scheduled for Q3 of this year, is right around the corner. So, if you’re a fan of the Cybertruck, be sure to stay tuned for more updates!
